Concerns regarding Title IX, harassment or discrimination or anything that compromises the safety of the school environment can be reported through our 3 Tip line or by using the sexual harassment/ discrimination reporting document.
Specific concerns can also be reported directly to the Title IX Coordinator who will conduct an investigation in accordance with Title IX regulations.
The Whitney Point School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission4 and employment. Inquiries about Title IX may be referred to the District's Title IX Coordinator, the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights,5 or both.
