Registration for All Students
Registration is now open for all students. If you are registering your child for the first time for the 2024-2025 school year, please note the following age requirements:
Full-day 3-year-old program - your child needs to turn three years old by December 1, 2024
Full-day 4-year-old program - your child needs to turn four years old by December 1, 2024
Full-day 5-year-old program - your child needs to turn five years old by December 1, 2024
If your child was enrolled in any of the PreK programs through the 2023-2024 school year, you do not need to re-enroll for the 2024-2025 school year.
You will be notified regarding orientation for various grade levels as we receive more guidance on opening school buildings.
The online registration process will give us the initial information we need to enroll your student. During this process you will be asked to securely upload documents that are needed for registration.
PLEASE COMPLETE THE REQUIRED ELECTRONIC FORMS (STEPS 1, 2, 3 & 4) BELOW PLUS COMPLETE ANY APPLICABLE ELECTRONIC FORMS IN STEPS 5 & 6. PLEASE DOWNLOAD, FILL OUT AND DROP OFF AT YOUR SCHOOL ALL REQUIRED FORMS IN STEP 7.
STEP 1 (REQUIRED): SchoolTool Online Registration Form
Please complete the SchoolTool Online Registration Form and upload documents that prove age and residency in the Whitney Point School District HERE.
Documents that prove residency in the Whitney Point School District include ownership contract, rental contract, W-2, benefit statement, utility bill, etc.
Documents that provide proof of age include: birth certificate, passport, etc.
STEP 2 (REQUIRED): Residency Questionnaire
Please complete the Residency Questionnaire electronic form HERE.
STEP 3 (REQUIRED): Home Language Form
Please complete the Home Language electronic form HERE.
STEP 4 (REQUIRED): Custody/Court Paper Certification
Please complete the Custody/Court Paper Certification electronic form HERE.
STEP 5: Mailing Address Form
If your mailing address is different than your physical address, please complete this electronic form HERE.
STEP 6: Armed Forces Form
If you or anyone in your household are on active duty in the Armed Forces, please complete this electronic form HERE.
STEP 7: Additional Forms Needed
In addition to completing the electronic registration forms above, we will need custody documentation (IF APPLICABLE), proof of immunizations (REQUIRED), and the health information form (REQUIRED) submitted to us prior to the start of school.
